The RDS North Star (54mm) was originally designed as a Sounding Rocket for lower stratosphere flights. Never has there been a rocket system so powerful in versatility, capability, endurance, and  performance as the North Star. The large payload capacity makes this kit an excellent choice for lifting large payload experiments such as camcorders and computers. 54mm K 700 will fly over 6500 feet.

The North Star can be ordered in a 54mm motor mount for "J" to "L" motor flights. You can now order the North Star in a 75mm RD 204 98mm RD 206 motor configuration.  75 mm M1315 will fly in excess of 10,000 feet and 98mm N2000 will soar past 17,000 FEET! COOL HUH!  A two-stage version is also available. Imagine all the possibilities!

It is performance that has made the North Star a consistant fovorite.
